“Success is not an option”

Being from a Soviet country, this was beat into my brain from a young age. My family immigrated from the Soviet Union when I was six, and from then on, life was all about survival. The rules were simple: go to college, get a job, stay safe. And for two decades, I played by those rules, excelling at the game. But the more I succeeded, the more I realized how much I hated it. Eventually, my boss did me a favor and fired me.

So I launched a succession of businesses that all failed...and I stayed in the game and kept trying because everything I was learning from the mindset programs I was joining.

Eventually one business moderately succeeded...

I launched a consultancy to help small to mid-sized AdTech companies with strategic publisher development. It wasn’t easy, but after some trial and error, my clients began to see incredible results:

→ US publisher sales teams effectively replaced

So I launched a personal development program within B7 Media, which resonated deeply with my partners and employees. Inspired by the impact, I decided to take it public and created Mindset Mastery Tribe - a community where ex-corporate business owners come together to master their mindset and replace their corporate income.. fast.

Through Mindset Mastery Tribe, I help members:

→ Break free from negative work/money patterns rooted in childhood
→ Teach them how to think like a successful entrepreneur
→ Grow with others on the same path
