I am a trained and certified life coach. I hold a BA from Duke University and an MA in International Education from NYU.
I have led workshops on leadership development, interview skills, public speaking, cultivating your own voice, imposter syndrome, failure and resilience, fear and courage, and study abroad.
In addition to coaching, I have years of rich life experience working as an Academic Advisor at NYU and Northeastern University and working in the corporate sector as an employee and in freelance. I have solo backpacked across the world, have moved and lived abroad independently, and have made lifelong friends in every new adventure.
